The Emerging Young Leaders Program (EYL) is the 2011 – 2014 signature program of Chi Rho Omega chapter for middle school girls. Consisting of four AKAdemies, the program is designed to extend the vision of the sorority by cultivating and encouraging high scholastic achievement through:
- Leadership Development
- Educational Enrichment
- Civic Engagement
- Character Building
The Emerging Young Leaders Program in Chi Rho Omega will serve middle school-aged girls who live in Knightdale, Wendell, Zebulon, Rolesville and Wake Forest areas. The Emerging Young Leaders Program will develop skills and talents of middle school girls (grades 6, 7 and 8 ) with potential for becoming leaders within their communities, as well as in other venues. The program will also provide tutoring sessions for End of Grade testing.
